Comfort Hotel Nagasaki

Great staff, service, and location. Clean room and fresh towels. Attentive garbage disposal. Limited but free breakfast. Convenient for exploring Nagasaki. Close to tram stop, attractions, and shopping mall. Complimentary coffee and water. Nice staff.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Ohato tram stop which can take you easily to all the important sights around town. it is very close to Chinatown and the port. the rooms are small but comfortable and clean, with fast lifts and free Wi-Fi. the staff are professional and helpful. the breakfast buffet is decent and included in the room price.

Some guests have complained about the run-down and tiny bathrooms in the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nagasaki and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the convenient location near the Nagasaki station. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast included a variety of western food options, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel offered free WiFi, making it easy to stay connected during my trip.

Had a wonderful New Year stay here. Impressed with their comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi and bath amenities. the hotel is conveniently placed just a few steps to the nearest tram stop and easily accessible to various attractions. the free coffee served in the lobby was a nice touch.

The breakfast was not up to the mark and could do with a little more variety. the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

We loved staying at this hotel! It was the perfect location for us, with a tram stop right outside and many of the main sights within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the laundry room which was very helpful during our trip.

Convenient Location, Great Breakfast & Friendly Staff

This hotel's location couldn't be more convenient. With key attractions and shopping centers within walking distance, it was a perfect base for my weekend trip. The breakfast was a highlight - great variety of Japanese and Western options to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed.

While the hotel was tidy and clean, the interiors could do with an update. The rooms were very small, and it could be a bit of a struggle if you have a lot of luggage. However, for the price, it was still good value for money and a functional place to stay.
